IDEA Champions

A voluntary group of employees who promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while supporting Crossfirst's core values and strengths-based culture. Their mission? To invest in the culture of our strengths to build connections and deepen relationships across the organization.

Generous Giving Program

CrossFirst Generous Giving offers a matching program that supports employees caring for another person or family. The Bank will match employee gift contributions up to $500 per employee, per year. The program is designed to give our employees additional resources to make a difference in people's lives.
